		<description>Yes, you will notice that the boys are conspicuously absent from the photos.  There was one great shot of them all blasting me with Lego guns, Seth in dragon suit, needless to say I left it out.  We decorated the gate with corn stalks per Seth's direction, and I am looking forward to dressing the compost, they make great winter homes for pill bugs.</description>

This, like the party, was such a feast for the eyes. There's something so perfect about an ear of multicolored indian corn, like a little jewelbox. 
I think the boys were most captivated by the spiral and the wonderful whackability of a dried stalk upon a fellow hooligan.
